  • Feasibility data: City, country, club type, and budget preferences you enter during the free assessment.
  • Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full credit card details.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions with the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate your personalized feasibility report and launch blueprint.
  • To process payments and deliver your purchased plan.
  • To send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, plan delivery).
  • To improve our market data, financial models, and platform experience.
  • To send occasional product updates (you can unsubscribe anytime).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe: For payment processing.
  • Supabase: For secure data storage and authentication.
  • Resend: For transactional email delivery.
  • Anthropic (Claude AI): For generating narrative content in your plan. Your data is processed but not stored by Anthropic.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our platform. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Feasibility reports and purchased plans are stored for the lifetime of your account. If you request account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days.
